Parent Involvement

 "PACT" is Children's Meeting House's version of a parent-teacher association.  "PACT" stands for "Parents Assisting Children and Teachers".

PACT's Mission Statement

Our mission is to support and serve the needs of the staff and to promote communication and foster a sense of community.

Our objectives are:

  • To provide teacher and staff support
  • To provide activities and services to assist the school
  • To promote and facilitate communication between the Board and the CMH Community
  • To undertake fundraising for specific enhancements for the school or to raise funds for special events subject to the approval of the Director and Board

 

P.A.C.T. consists of three main officers (President, Secretary, Treasurer) and all the Classroom Parents. This core team along with other parent volunteers help to coordinate such activities as our Annual Junktique Sale, BooFest, Seasonal Celebrations in the classroom, Teacher Appreciation, and other community gatherings.
