Jeanne Berter, More Montessori Program
Accomplishments:
- Mother of two wonderful teenage girls.
- Married to my husband, Steve for twenty-two years.
Work History:
I worked in two credit unions for 10 years. I stayed home when my daughters were born. We moved to Loveland in 2001 and I started working at CMH in 2002. I've been at CMH almost 7 years.
What I Love About CMH:
I love to see the children's faces when they accomplish something by themselves. They are so proud. The Montessori sytle of learning is amazing.
When I am not at work I love to...
...enjoy reading, gardening, cross stich, bird watching and recently trying to teach myself to crochet. I also like just being home especially if we're all there at the same time.

Work History:
I started at CMH as a Pre-Primary Teacher’s Assistant in 2007 and after 2 years was presented with the opportunity to become the school’s Outdoor Educator. The previous 20 plus years I have enjoyed working as a Naturalist for the Cincinnati Park Board, Hamilton County Park District, and Clermont County Park District. I have taught 5th - 8th grade science at a private, parochial school and worked as an Environmental Educator for the Hamilton County Soil and Water Conservation District.
What I Love About CMH:
The people are the biggest part of what makes CMH such a wonderful school. The natural surroundings (the woods, fields, trails, O'Bannon Creek) make the school very unique and special.
When I am not at work I love to...
I enjoy spending time with family and friends hiking, biking, travelling, paddling, skiing, gardening, reading, sitting around a campfire, cooking, playing guitar, and singing.
